Can foreigners receive medical treatment in China?+
Getting started

Yes. Foreign patients can receive outpatient and inpatient care in China. Hospitals generally require a valid passport and relevant medical records. Admission and treatment remain subject to clinical review and hospital policy.

How do I book a specialist at a Grade A tertiary hospital?+
Appointments

Submit your diagnosis, recent reports and preferred dates. We review the case, suggest suitable hospitals or departments, and coordinate the appointment. Complex cases may require physician pre-review before a slot is confirmed.

What information should I prepare?+
Documents

Please prepare your passport page, medical summary, pathology reports, imaging reports and original DICOM files where available, laboratory results, current medication list and any prior treatment plan. English documents are accepted; we can arrange translation when needed.

How are hospital and service fees paid?+
Payment

Our coordination fees are quoted in advance. Hospital deposits and treatment fees are normally paid directly to the hospital in RMB by methods accepted by that institution. We provide a clear estimated budget before travel, but final medical charges depend on clinical decisions.

Do you provide interpreters and airport pickup?+
On the ground

Yes. Medical interpretation, airport pickup, local transport, hotel planning and in-hospital accompaniment can be included in your care plan.

Can I request a second opinion for cancer treatment?+
Oncology

Yes. We can organize records for review by an appropriate oncology department. A second opinion is advisory and does not guarantee acceptance for a specific therapy or admission.
