We collect contact details, care preferences and medical records that you choose to submit for care coordination. Medical information is sensitive and is accessed only by people involved in evaluating or coordinating your request.

How information is used

We use your information to respond, organize records, identify appropriate hospital pathways, arrange requested services and maintain necessary follow-up. We do not sell medical information.

Storage and retention

Production uploads are stored in private cloud storage. We retain consultation submissions only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and coordinate your request, meet applicable legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. You may ask us to delete your submission, subject to any legal retention requirement.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and clinical record obligations. Contact sicry428@gmail.com for privacy requests.
